VILLA MALOV II

 

This is a version of the villa in Mediterranean style with a hip roof,

openings with wooden shutters and with white rock facades.

This version has one more floor, so the night zone is now on the second floor ( three bedrooms)

and in the attic (two bedrooms).

The object is cascaded and "back" facing steep terrain, while the front facade is open to the south side and has a view of the sea and the bay. The shape of the house is refracted, and forms the letter "L" that surrounds the pool, on two sides (which also has a seaside view).

Ground floor, in accordance with its functions, constitute a fully volumed and a visually closed form, while the other floors are more transparent.
